TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ICEVERSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID ICEVERSE FOR SERVICES DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, IF ANY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IceVerse and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity—will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where IceVerse primarily operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make material changes. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
